In order to strengthen our institutional capacity, embrace innovative approaches, and increase efficiency in project management, an ‘Agile Leadership and Project Management’ training program was organized within the scope of the enCRYPTON project.
During the training, participants gained insights into the values and principles of the Agile Manifesto, the differences between traditional and agile project methods, project management and development life cycles in a VUCA world, the SCRUM framework, and the six core principles of agile project management.
In addition, key topics such as Kanban board practices, measuring agile success with metrics and KPIs, continuous improvement and retrospectives, risk management in agile projects, and the importance of I-shaped and T-shaped teams were discussed. Participants also had the opportunity to practice agile approaches through various tools, techniques, and models.
This training aims to enhance our teams’ agile leadership skills, adopt more flexible and efficient processes in project management, and enable stronger adaptation to the rapidly changing dynamics of today’s world.
