We held an insightful workshop on “AI-Supported Project Development and Management”, led by Ismail Sincik on July 30, 2025.
The session explored how AI can enhance project workflows, with discussions focusing on Project Management and AI, AI in Project Preparation Processes, AI in Project Management Processes, and General Use Cases for AI.
Our goals with this workshop were clear:
- Increase the quality of project outputs
- Improve acceptance rates
- Secure more coordination projects
- Reduce manual workload
- Stay ahead in an evolving digital landscape
